The Challenge
KN Technical do 3D structural steel detailing, BIM coordination and virtual construction modelling for fabricators, main contractors and engineers. The buyer is a professional, not a passing homeowner, so the site had to prove expertise in about ten seconds.
The problem is that detailing is invisible work. The value is in accuracy, clash-free models and drawings that actually build on site. None of that photographs well.

What We Did
We led with credibility: decades of combined experience, detailing in Tekla since the 1990s, and clear pages for BIM coordination, virtual construction models, design co-ordination and estimating.
The projects page does the heavy lifting. Before-and-after sliders take each job from a coloured 3D model through to the finished, erected steel.
