Client Review
βFrom building the website to running it day-to-day, the service has been brilliant. The site performs really well, generates strong leads and the communication is first class. A hardworking team who clearly enjoy what they do and take pride in delivering results. Have recommended their services many times and continue to do so. β

The Problem
The Challenge
NLS came to us in February 2025 with a broken website. A previous designer had effectively abandoned it, and the domain wasn't even connected to a live site, so anyone who searched for NLS and clicked through hit an error page. Online, they didn't exist.

This is what NLS had when they came to us: a domain that wasn't connected to anything. Zero presence, zero clicks.
Aaron did brilliant landscaping work across Nottinghamshire, but every job came through word of mouth. The problem was never the work. It was that nobody could find him. Thousands of people in the area searched for a landscaper every month and NLS turned up nowhere.
He had the capacity to take on far more, but you can't scale a business on referrals alone. He needed something that brought enquiries in reliably.
Our Approach
What We Did
We built NLS a custom website in February 2025, replacing the broken one. It was set up for local SEO and lead generation from day one, with every page built to do one job: turn a visitor into an enquiry.
In August 2025 we upgraded the site and connected Google Search Console, then pushed the SEO campaign harder. On-page, we wrote a service page for each thing NLS does, targeting the searches people actually use in every area they cover. Off-page, we built backlinks so Google started treating them as a credible local business.
We also fully optimised their Google Business Profile and put a proper review process in place, which pushed NLS into the local map pack for their most valuable terms. Every new website enquiry now triggers an automated email too, so each lead gets a personal follow-up within minutes, even out of hours.
We've kept improving the site rather than letting it go stale. The latest upgrade, in May 2026, moved NLS onto our newest system. Each version has been better than the last.

Results
Over the 16 months we've worked together, NLS has generated 550+ leads through the website and Google Business Profile, and they now hold the top spot for their core service terms across Nottinghamshire.
The search growth is the clearest part of the story, but the timeline needs one note. When NLS came to us in February 2025 they were at zero, with a broken, disconnected site. We connected Google Search Console when we upgraded the site in August 2025, so the graph itself starts there and won't backdate the months before. From that point it's climbed to 1.6K clicks and nearly 100K impressions by May 2026.
The one dip, in May 2026, was deliberate. We were upgrading NLS onto our newest system, so we eased off content for a few weeks. Aaron knew about it in advance. It's a step back to take two forward, and June is already making it up.
With an average job value of around Β£5,000, that pipeline has changed the business. The steady lead flow gave Aaron the confidence to take his team from 2 people to 12.

Where it started: Aaron, Bailey and his dad.

Where they are now: the full NLS team of 12.
The business now runs on inbound demand. Aaron doesn't chase work any more. It comes to him.
Google Search Console
Organic Growth Since Launch

NLS's real Search Console data. We built their site in February 2025, but only connected Search Console when we upgraded it in August 2025, so the graph starts there and won't backdate the earlier months. From a broken, invisible site at the start, it's climbed to 1.6K clicks and nearly 100K impressions by May 2026. The small dip at the very end was planned: we eased off content for a few weeks while upgrading NLS to our newest system in May 2026, which Aaron knew about in advance. A step back to take two forward, and June is already recovering it.
