The Problem
The Challenge
First Plumb are a Gas Safe registered plumbing and heating team covering Fife, Edinburgh and the rest of East Scotland. Bathrooms, boilers, central heating, and the 2am emergencies that come with it.
Their old site was a generic template. It didn't look like them, it buried the things that actually win the job, and it did nothing with a strong reputation on Google and Checkatrade. The work was there. The reviews were there. The website wasn't pulling its weight.
Our Approach
What We Did
We replaced the template with a custom site built around how people pick a plumber.
The homepage leads with what wins the job: local, Gas Safe registered, answers the phone, rated five stars. The 24/7 emergency line and the free-quote button are never more than a tap away.
Every service then gets its own page, from boilers and central heating through to bathrooms and power flushing, with the care plans laid out so anyone can follow them. Accreditations, reviews and photos of real finished jobs run through the whole site.
Built mobile-first, because an emergency call-out search happens on a phone.
