Client Review
What James Edwards said
“Will has been fantastic from start to finish. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted for my new business website and turned my ideas into a site that looks professional, modern and builds confidence with potential customers. His communication was excellent throughout the project, he was always quick to respond, happy to make changes, and offered valuable suggestions that genuinely improved the final result. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The finished website has exceeded my expectations and gives my new business a strong online presence from day one. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Will to anyone looking for a high-quality website and a genuinely reliable service. Thanks again for all your hard work!”

Bridgfords Windows & Doors · West Bridgford, Nottingham
The Problem
The Challenge
Bridgfords supply and fit uPVC and aluminium windows, composite doors, bi-folds and sliding patio doors out of West Bridgford, covering Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland. They deal direct with the homeowner. No commission salespeople, no theatrical discounts, just a survey and a written quote.
Nobody searches for "windows". They search for composite front doors in Nottingham, or aluminium bi-folds, or tilt and turn windows, and they search from a specific town. One page listing everything they fit would have been invisible for all of it.
There was a tone problem too. People approach double glazing braced for a salesman on their sofa at 8pm. Bridgfords work the opposite way, and a website is a hard place to prove that.
Our Approach
What We Did
Product-led. Every range gets its own page instead of a bullet on a shared list, so a search for one specific door lands on that exact door.
Each product page uses photos of their own installs rather than manufacturer stock, and repeats what actually reassures people: ten year insurance-backed guarantee, building control arranged, A-rated argon-filled glass as standard. Emplas and Origin carry the manufacturing credibility on the homepage, and a four-step "from quote to fitted" walkthrough tells a nervous homeowner exactly what happens and when.
Twelve area pages cover four counties and the towns around West Bridgford. A filterable gallery lets people check the work by windows or doors, and a coverage map means nobody has to guess whether they're in the patch.
Every call to action asks for a free home visit rather than dangling a price. Phone number and quote button always in reach, mobile-first.

Outcomes
Results
Three enquiries in the first seven days. Two came in as phone calls, and one was for a potential ten window job.
Nothing's won until it's fitted, but for a business starting from nothing online, three real enquiries inside a week is a strong opening.
They've also got twenty-five pages of local search footprint now, each one aimed at a real search. Instead of fighting the nationals on "double glazing Nottingham", there's a page ready for every product and every town they cover.
We build websites like this for window and door installers across Nottingham and beyond.
